It is understood that, should the nominee be chosen for placement in the National Rhythm & Blues Hall of Fame, the nominee and his/her management understands that the induction ceremonies are public events. Honorees recognize that as such, footage and photos of the event are in the public realm and can be used for the National R&B Hall of Fame materials, websites, press releases, etc.
